Our Story
Born in Manchester, Built for the UK
NexaHire was founded in 2022 with a simple observation: the UK's booming AI and tech sector deserved better recruitment. Generic agencies were sending data analyst CVs for data engineer roles, and brilliant candidates were being overlooked because their recruiters couldn't read a GitHub profile.
We built NexaHire differently. Every consultant has a technical background or has completed our rigorous training programme. We don't just match keywords — we understand the difference between TensorFlow and PyTorch, between a platform engineer and a DevOps engineer.
From our Manchester headquarters, we've grown to serve clients across the entire UK, placing over 200 professionals in roles spanning AI, data science, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software engineering.
